Just as this issue of The Education Liberator was about to go to press, the editorial reprinted here appeared in the Orange County Register of California. In my opinion it is an event worth giving up most of this column for, in order to bring it to you.

Even as we continue to lay the basic groundwork for achieving Separation (see "How Will We Know We're Winning?" on page 3), we can expect to see more breakthroughs such as this. They will serve as beacons to remind us that we're on course and that our work is paying off, no matter how far we still have to go.
